Principal
Anthony Goode
Anthony Goode, originally from Rising Star and Lorena, Texas, graduated from Texas A&M in 2000 with a degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. After working for five years in the Metroplex, he and his family moved to Austin in 2005 to work with Lockwood Engineers. He later joined MWM Design Group in 2008 before becoming a partner at Lockwood Engineers, Inc. In 2017, the firm was acquired by CUDE Engineers, where Anthony led the Austin office until 2021.
That year, he and his wife, Monica, founded Goode Faith Engineering, LLC, with the idea that his civil engineering expertise and her financial and operational skills could be combined into a firm that could treat its customers with the highest levels of accuracy and service, and its employees like family.
With over 20 years of experience in site development, drainage, utilities, permitting, and planning, Anthony specializes in commercial, municipal, and residential projects.
Beyond engineering, he serves as a Deacon at Westside Church of Christ in Round Rock, where his family have worshipped for nearly 20 years. He is also a longtime middle and high school basketball coach at Founders Classical Academy in Leander.
Anthony and Monica have been married since 1999 and have four children.
Managing Principal / CFO
Monica Goode
Monica Goode was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, and raised in both Norway and Corpus Christi, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University, where she earned her degree in Accounting in 2000 before becoming a licensed CPA in 2001.
Her career began at ECOM Atlantic in Dallas, where she honed her skills as an accountant before launching her own accounting firm. She later co-founded Developers Property Tax Relief, LLC, which assisted quality developers with property tax exemptions for water quality features. Monica also provided bookkeeping services for Lockwood Engineers, further expanding her expertise.
In 2021, Monica and her husband, Anthony, combined their skills and shared commitment to integrity, efficiency, and family to establish Goode Faith, where she serves as CFO and majority owner.
Beyond her professional life, Monica is an active member of Westside Church of Christ and a former President of the Founders Classical Academy Athletic Boosters. She enjoys playing pickleball and tennis, but her greatest passion is being a devoted mom to her four children.


Anthony, you are the best, open minded, civil engineer I have ever worked with. You go beyond what you are told to do and offer better solutions that benefit the client. In my mind, that is what you are technically trained for and professionally obligated to do. In just about every meeting we have, you research things beyond the task at hand with the mindset of a solution that is better for the client as opposed to the boiler plate standard protocol. While it is all good for you financially, you seem to have the mindset of the investor/client.

Engineer Anthony Goode is flexible, fast and thorough. Land planning often involves proposed boundary changes and other What Ifs as the planning proceeds. Anthony is uncommonly able to process the changes, in detail and on the spot, so that decisions can be made quickly. Anthony adds value by identifying non-obvious but related changes – such as easement or access issues – that arise because of the original request.
